Terms of Service

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations, and are not listed on any restricted-party list maintained by those authorities. The $RELAY token may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions.

The Site provides information about the $RELAY utility token and the FastRelay, plus public dashboards (for example staking, burn, and relay statistics). The dashboards are non-custodial: the Site never holds funds or private keys, and connecting a wallet happens entirely in your browser between you and your wallet software. Any transaction you sign is your own act on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed by us.

Content on the Site — including statistics, charts, figures, and documentation — is provided for general information only. It may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or inaccurate, and it is not financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to acquire, hold, stake, or dispose of any asset. We may change, add, or remove any part of the Site at any time.

• Utility token; no guarantee of value. $RELAY is a utility token for accessing AllenHark services. It is not an investment, a security, or a claim on profits, equity, or revenue. Its price may fall, and it may become worthless.
• Not an offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer of, or solicitation for, securities, or financial advice of any kind. Acquiring or staking tokens carries substantial risk, including total loss.
• Regulatory uncertainty. The regulatory treatment of tokens varies by jurisdiction and is evolving. Eligibility, sale structure, and marketing are subject to legal review and restriction.
• Provisional parameters. Supply allocation, pricing, vesting, staking thresholds, fee curves, and burn parameters described on the Site are provisional and subject to change before launch.
• Smart-contract risk. Staking and token contracts carry technical risk. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
• Forward-looking statements. Roadmap items, projections, and other forward-looking statements on the Site are aspirational only and are not commitments.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, securities, and consumer-protection laws;
• Attack, probe, scan, overload, or otherwise impair the Site or the systems that serve it;
• Interfere with or circumvent any rate limit, authentication, or security mechanism of the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with AllenHark, or present Site content in a way that is deceptive or misleading.

The Site and all software, content, branding, and documentation we make available are owned by AllenHark or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLENHARK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, OR ANY DATA IT DISPLAYS, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLENHARK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, TOKENS, OR TRADING OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALLENHARK’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllenHark and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) any transaction you sign or submit through a wallet connected to the dashboards; or (c) any decision you make in reliance on content displayed on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) Arbitration Rules; the seat will be the British Virgin Islands, with one arbitrator, in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be announced by a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
