Privacy Policy

Last updated July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AllenHark (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on fastrelay.sh(the “Site”) — an informational marketing site for the $RELAY utility token with non-custodial dashboards. The Site is deliberately analytics-light: it has no user accounts, holds no funds or keys, and collects far less than a typical web application.

AllenHark’s commercial services (console, relay subscriptions, billing) are covered separately at allenhark.com/privacy.

1What We Collect

  • Technical data — standard server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer, and the pages requested. Collected automatically to operate and secure the Site.
  • Aggregate analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregated usage measurements (page views, approximate region, device class). We do not build individual behavioural profiles and do not use cross-site tracking.
  • Contact data — if you email us (for example about a validator partnership or early access), we receive your email address, any name or handle you include, and the contents of your message.
  • Newsletter data — if and when the newsletter opens, the email address you submit, with a consent record of when and where you subscribed.

The Site has no accounts and no checkout, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data. Please do not submit such data to us.

2What We Do Not Collect

  • Private keys — never. Connecting a wallet on the dashboards happens entirely in your browser between you and your wallet software. Private keys and seed phrases never reach our servers, and we will never ask for them.
  • Wallet addresses. A public wallet address you connect is used client-side, and transiently on our servers where needed, to look up and display public on-chain data. We do not link it to your identity.
  • Nothing for sale. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share personal data with advertising networks for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including detecting abuse and diagnosing faults;
  • To respond to inquiries you send us, including validator-partnership and early-access conversations;
  • To send the newsletter, only with your consent, with a working unsubscribe in every message;
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations, including sanctions screening where required by law.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), consent (newsletter and any optional analytics), and legal obligation as our legal bases.

4Sharing and Service Providers

We share personal data only with vendors who help us run the Site — hosting and infrastructure providers, privacy-respecting analytics, and email delivery for correspondence and the newsletter — under contracts restricting them to the purposes we authorize. We may also disclose data to professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, or to public authorities where disclosure is compelled by law or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

5Cookies

The Site uses strictly necessary storage only (for example security and preference state). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever introduce optional analytics cookies, they will be set only with your consent.

6Retention and International Transfers

  • Server and security logs — typically up to 90 days, longer where needed to investigate an incident.
  • Correspondence — for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Newsletter records — while you remain subscribed; after unsubscribing we keep only a suppression record so you are not re-mailed.

AllenHark operates infrastructure in multiple regions. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

7Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to certain processing; to receive your data in a portable format; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email p•••••yallenhark.com. We will respond within 30 days (or any shorter period the law requires) and may verify your identity before acting.

8Children

The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact p•••••yallenhark.com and we will delete it.

9Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced by a notice on the Site.
